Q:  I've never made a website.   I wouldn't know where to start.
A:   If you can use a mouse and a keyboard, we'll show you how to do it, step-by-step, using available FREE software.  And if you've ever used 'conventional' methods to build a website, you'll find that our system is a lot easier.   And free!

Q:  Can I link to my listing sites from the MLS and my web site?
A:  Of course.  You'll have a unique URL (web address) that you can use in emails, marketing materials, websites, etc.   Having a dedicated site for each listing is a fabulous marketing tool, because it's so easy for a potential buyer to link to your listing site from anywhere in the world.  And you'll also want to include the URL in your postings to other internet sites, such as CraigsList, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Ebay, Hotpads.com, Yahoo Real Estate, Homefinder.com and oodle.com.

Q:  Can I make a website for a listing presentation?
A:  Sure you can.   You have complete control.  It doesn't matter if the listing is current, or prospective.   And in fact it is very impressive to a seller that you've put their home on the internet just for your presentation.  (They don't have to know that it was free, do they?)

Q:   How many photos can I put on the site?
A:   As many as you want.   Each listing site template includes a very nice photo tour.  The sample site is made from one of the same templates you can select when you order the Instruction Guide.

Q:   Do I need a special computer or processor?
A:   Nothing special.  Just your run of the mill computer will do.  Windows or Mac. And of course you'll need internet access, but if you're reading this page, then you've already got that, right?

Q:   Why haven't I heard of this before?
A:   Because the companies that will create a listing website for you have a business model based on charging fees for their service.  Naturally they would rather that you don't have this information.  But our business is Real Estate, and we'd rather get paid a little for putting together all the information and showing you how to do it.

Q:  How long will it take me to do a website for a listing?
A:  It isn't much different than posting information to an MLS system.   Once you create a Personal Template with your photo and contact information, it should take you about 30-45 minutes for each listing site.
